Jaire Alexander won’t travel for Eagles-Packers Monday Night Football
Jaire Alexander has been ruled out for Monday night’s game in Green Bay, as the team announced he will not travel due to a knee injury and a coach’s decision.
The move comes just days after Philadelphia traded for the veteran defensive back, acquiring Alexander and a 2027 seventh-round pick from the Baltimore Ravens in exchange for a 2026 sixth-rounder.

Howie SZN: Eagles trade for former Pro Bowl cornerback Jaire Alexander
Alexander has been limited by injuries and inconsistency this season. He appeared in only two games for Baltimore, recording five tackles, while spending most of the year either sidelined or a healthy scratch.
Still, his career résumé speaks for itself: 290 tackles, 12 interceptions, and 70 passes defensed across six seasons.
For now, the Eagles will travel to Lambeau without their newest addition, hoping to extend their strong start to the season while giving Jaire Alexander time to get healthy and acclimated to Vic Fangio’s defense.
