WATCH: AJ Brown spent his entire stream with JankyRondo complaining he doesn’t get the ball enough
By now, I’m sure you’ve seen the clip of AJ Brown streaming with JankyRondo Tuesday night. Among other things, he said it’s a “shit show” in Philly right now — even though the team is 7-2 and all alone at the top of the NFC standings.
I don’t really get all worked up over this stuff anymore. It’s becoming a weekly occurrence and frankly, I just don’t want to waste energy on it. But now that the full stream is out, people have been scraping through it to find more clips of AJ complaining. And sadly, there’s plenty of meat on the bone here.
First, he told his fantasy owners to get rid of him.
After his match, he spent some time looking at the stats he compiled during the Madden contest, stating, “That’s the only highlights of damn football I been living right now.”
AJ Brown continues complaining about not getting the ball
Am I ecstatic whenever I see AJ Brown being critical of the Eagles offense? No. Do I understand where he’s coming from? Absolutely.
In no world should AJ be an afterthought in an offensive game plan. But that’s what it feels like watching Kevin Patullo call the shots. Getting just two targets in 60 minutes of football is malpractice by Patullo and Nick Sirianni.
Obviously, AJ speaking out about it isn’t helping. It just seems like Patullo cannot figure out how to give him the ball. It shouldn’t be this difficult, but evidently, it is.
I’m just at a loss for words with this now. I don’t know how it will end, but with each passing day, it’s starting to feel closer and closer.
