‘No NFL franchise has a brighter future’ says robot farm in regards to Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer
Somebody check on Dov Kleiman because I genuinely think the man (or warehouse in India) might finally be running on fumes. The free public WiFi from the small village cafe in a different hemisphere, and whatever AI script they are using to pump out these “analysis” posts is completely broken at this point.
While part of me couldn’t be happier, there’s another part of me that grows frustrated and really, embarrassed for anyone that still follows an account like this on Twitter (X) in the year 2025.
The Cowboys… no franchise with a brighter future. Are you sure, bro?
Mr. Dov Kleiman actually tweeted this with a straight face:
Hiring Brian Schottenheimer as the Cowboys head coach was the best decision Jerry Jones has made in years. There is no NFL franchise with a brighter future.
Did you watch the same Cowboys we watched? Or are you reading some alternate universe stat sheet where Dallas didn’t cough up their season by mid November?
This is the problem with Twitter right now.
You have these aggregator accounts grabbing clips, tossing generic captions on them, and then declaring themselves football philosophers. It is like reading 4th grade book reports that somehow got verification badges.
Speaking of badges, Dov Kleiman has the same shield as The Liberty Line which makes this a million times worse. Polymarket is someone we used to love until we agreed to link up on a content deal with them over a month ago, only to get the runaround on what that entails and how much we would be paid, all while turning down other offers from Kalshi, and a few other prediction markets.
Honestly, at the risk of going off on a tangent, it’s fucking bullshit and disrespectful.
Polymarket, you’re a company based in New York with a what… $9 billion valuation? Why don’t you act like it instead of being content grifters and leaving accounts completely out to dry?
You have multiple profiles on Twitter rocking your badge and we even have reports of you blocking those accounts when they asked about deals that you promised.
What gives Polymarket? Stop being assholes and lets figure this out together.
Anyways, I cannot wait for Twitter to slap country of origin tags on accounts.
We need to know where these takes are coming from. Norway. Istanbul. A parking garage in Montreal… whatever, really. I just simply refuse to believe this Cowboys hype or really anything from these accounts is being generated from inside the United States.
Meanwhile, back on Earth, the reality is simple.
The Dallas Cowboys are dying a loud, embarrassing death right now and the Philadelphia Eagles have a golden opportunity to bury them in their own stadium this Sunday.
Eagles at Cowboys: Birds continue to win ugly while Dallas is dying loudly
I know we got off track for a minute there. To entertain the tweet above, the Dallas Cowboys are 4-5-1. Brian Schottenheimer does not have “a bright future.” He has a team clinging to playoff hopes like Dak Prescott clings to comeback and “this is our year” storylines.
The Cowboys are constantly two fourth quarter collapses and one Jerry Jones meltdown away from lighting AT&T Stadium on fire. Their win over the Raiders barely counts. The Raiders quit on life weeks ago. Even insulting the Raiders at this point requires more energy than Dallas deserves.
Dak has been good. CeeDee Lamb has been good. George Pickens has been very good. Javonte Williams is having a comeback season that nobody outside Dallas even remembers is happening. The Cowboys defense however is a smoldering trash heap. They give up explosive plays to literally anyone who can run a route without tripping.
That brings us to this week. Eagles at Cowboys. Round 2
Do not listen to the fake tough guys who say this game does not matter. It matters a ton. The Birds sit atop the NFC at 8-2 with a 99 percent chance of making the playoffs.
A loss barely moves anything.
That is exactly why you want them to show signs of life on offense. This is the perfect opponent for it. A bad Dallas defense. A desperate Dallas team. Kelly Greens on the road. A chance to suffocate their season on national television.
Meanwhile the Cowboys are at six percent to make the playoffs. A win bumps them to eleven. A loss drops them to three and effectively ends their year. That is the difference between us and them.
We are playing to sharpen the sword. They are playing for CPR.
The Eagles took Round 1 back in Week 1 when Jalen Hurts ran in two touchdowns and the defense smothered Dak even after Jalen Carter got tossed for spitting on him. That game already feels like it happened in a different decade. Now it is Round Two and Dallas is begging for outside validation while the Eagles tighten the screws every week.
If the Birds walk into Jerry World in Kelly Green and send the Cowboys season into a shallow grave, remember this moment.
The NFC East is ours for the taking. Dallas is running on fumes and Schottenheimer’s “bright future” is nothing but a ring light and some creative writing from a mystery account named Dov Kleiman that probably doesn’t exist within the continental United States.
