WATCH: Eagles Fan Calls Police, Claims a “Terrorist” Is Operating Inside the Facility

If you had to guess right now, just from reading this headline, who in the Philadelphia Eagles organization do you think fans would call the police on and report as a terrorist?

Even with my brain fried from sitting in the Dallas–Fort Worth airport for hours with zero updates on why our flight keeps getting delayed, I could tell exactly who this fan meant. I did not even need sound on the video. The moment I saw the clip, I knew.

Eagles fan calls police on Kevin Patullo

Look, calling the cops on the offensive coordinator is obviously insane behavior. But you cannot question the man’s passion. Will he get in trouble? Probably. Was he wrong? That is where things get blurry.

Because let’s be honest. Kevin Patullo should probably just stay in Dallas like the rest of us miserable idiots sitting in this airport with no answers. This place sucks. The Cowboys suck. Their airport sucks. I had fun in Texas until I stepped foot in DFW. Now I want to file a complaint against whoever built this terminal.

Anyway. Back to the actual terrorist threat of the Eagles offense.

What exactly was Kevin Patullo’s game plan yesterday? What has it been all season?

This offense is loaded. Even with a banged-up line, there is way too much talent for them to look this lifeless week after week. It is inexcusable.

Kevin Patullo has taken one of the most explosive rosters in the league and turned it into a bottom-tier slog. The Eagles rank 24th in total yards per game. They are 23rd in passing. They are 21st in rushing. It is a disaster on every level.

Even the scoring numbers are inflated by the defense and special teams. They sit at a mediocre 17th in points per game. For this roster, those numbers are embarrassing. They are not a slump. They are an indictment.

And then yesterday happened. We might have witnessed the worst play call of his entire tenure in the most important moment of the game.

WTF was this 3rd and 2 call Patullo?

Stop Promoting From Within at Offensive Coordinator

Please. For the love of God. Stop doing this. This problem goes all the way back to Doug Pederson with Mike Groh. Then Brian Johnson, who was a disaster. Now Nick Sirianni’s guy, Kevin Patullo.

At some point, someone in this organization has to pull the plug and hire a real offensive mind. Not a buddy. Not a placeholder. Not a promotion for the sake of convenience.

Because right now, the fans calling the police might be the only ones actually trying to save this offense.
