Puka Nacua going on Adin Ross’ stream says everything about how unserious the Rams are
Puka Nacua went on Adin Ross’ stream this week and, unsurprisingly, it turned into a complete mess. Between telling Ross he’d do an anti-Semitic trope if he scored a touchdown and claiming NFL refs only throw flags so they can get on TV, things went off the rails in a hurry.
It was bad enough that people are finally starting to catch up to something I’ve believed for years: Puka Nacua is an insufferable dork who somehow manages to embody every worst stereotype about Gen Z. There’s just nothing cool about him, despite his obvious belief that he’s profound and way ahead of the curve.
The first real warning sign came before the season, when he was asked whether he’d rather hang out with LeBron James or win a Super Bowl. Based on how this article has gone so far, you can probably guess which one Puka Nacua chose.
This is genuinely embarrassing stuff.
At first, I brushed it off as the guy just being a cornball. That changed once clips from his appearance on Adin Ross’ stream with fellow streamer N3ON started popping up. And honestly, even typing out their names makes me feel like a loser.
Puka Nacua, certified dork
Personally, I think the whole streaming craze is on its last legs, with only a select few still hanging on — guys like Ross and N3ON. I also think significantly less of anyone who wastes their time watching or appearing on these brain-rot streams. Even if Puka Nacua hadn’t said a bunch of dumb shit, I’d still find it weird that he’d even entertain this stuff in the first place. Unfortunately for him, he said plenty of dumb shit anyway.
Beyond the TD dance nonsense and the NFL ref slander, Puka also mentioned that he tried to bring both Ross and N3ON into the Rams’ practice facility this week, only to get denied by Sean McVay. For context, the Rams play Thursday night in what’s being marketed as the biggest game of the year for both teams. There’s a time to fuck off, and there’s a time to lock the fuck in. Puka very clearly doesn’t understand the difference.
That alone tells me everything I need to know about Puka Nacua and the Rams. They’re not serious contenders. They’re Hollywood — all glitz and glamour, zero substance. If the Eagles end up seeing them in the postseason, the Rams don’t stand a chance.
And it didn’t stop there. Puka also threw shots at teams around the league, saying the Chargers pay rent to play in SoFi Stadium and that the Jaguars “aren’t even that good,” among other things. Just pure slop designed for Ross’ demographic to shovel down while doom-scrolling TikTok and gooning themselves to sleep.
You simply cannot talk like this and win a Super Bowl. No one ever has, and no one ever will. Puka’s a weirdo, and honestly, I’m thankful he’s finally shown it to the world so I don’t feel like the only one who can’t stand the guy anymore.
