Joel Embiid Adam Silver The Call

Joel Embiid follows, then unfollows, a Pro-Palestine account on X, fans question if “the call” was made

On Tuesday afternoon, the popular X account NBA Alerts picked up on Joel Embiid following an account called PaliNewsNetwork on the platform.

Pro-Palestine corners of social media immediately took notice and celebrated the fact that Joel Embiid appeared make a polarizing geopolitical statement, joining their ranks. Not even 24 hours later however, the celebrations ended.

Joel Embiid was no longer following PaliNewsNetwork, leaving the rest of X with more questions than answers as to why the sudden change was made.

Jan 21: Joel Embiid is no longer following PailNewsNetwork

Why the follow? Why the unfollow?

Hard to say. No one actually knows, because Joel Embiid didn’t say a word.

I quickly learned that was only the tip of the iceberg. I’m not too familiar with the account named PaliNewsNetwork. The account in question has reposted plenty of polarizing content, including clips tied to Andrew Tate and the America First Avengers playing a song that we’ll abbreviate called NHH at clubs in Miami last weekend.

Me personally, I like to monitor as many situations as possible, regardless of political affiliation or whatever psyop and/or propaganda that is being pushed across socials by the legacy media, paid influencers and/or our always-sketchy ruling class.

Can’t be a part of that. It’s actually much easier to use your brain, follow and pay attention to everything, and monitor all situations so you can attempt to form a solid opinion for yourself.

I did that in the curious case of Joel Embiid and the PaliNewsNetwork account and here’s what I uncovered.

Obviously, the quick follow and unfollow raised a lot of eyebrows. Why was Joel Embiid so quick to follow and then unfollow the PaliNewsNetwork account?

As any responsible member of the free press, I did what you’re supposed to do in moments like this. I went straight to the replies but I didn’t find the logical answer that I was desperately looking for. Instead, I stumbled a full-blown conspiracy that is connected directly to the NBA Deep State, which here at The Liberty Line, we have been talking about for quite some time.

Did Joel Embiid receive “the call” from the NBA Deep State?

Yes, that call. To my surprise, there were hundreds of comments claiming Embiid got “the call,” that Adam Silver and the NBA Deep State “struck again,” and that the league was actively silencing him for daring to step out of line by following a controversial account on X.

Apparently, this is now connected to everything from international politics to past situations involving former players like Dwight Howard, who some believe received a similar warning from the league.

WARNING: Once this door opens, it never closes.

Here are the replies… what do they know? What am I missing?

THTP: Joel Embiid is the third fastest center in NBA HISTORY to reach 200 career 30-point games

What I gathered is that the call is hardly a rumor, but rather a sacred NBA “tradition” where one moment players are scrolling X like a normal human being only to find their phone lighting up as their soul leaves their body and a calm voice on the other end of the phone reminds you about “the bigger picture.”

As they say in these circles, one follow is curiosity, two follows is dissent and silence after an unfollow is compliance. That’s one dangerous geopolitical cocktail.

This is the reality for modern superstars. Every click is a message. Every follow is a headline. Every unfollow is a crisis averted. You are not allowed to “monitor situations” with the boys or have any sense of curiosity and if you do, then you are next on the list to receive The Call.

Anything else risks The Call.

Who knows? Maybe Embiid simply didn’t vet the account. Maybe he decided it wasn’t worth the noise. Or maybe, just maybe, a phone buzzed, a voice spoke calmly, and Joel Embiid remembered where he works.

The NBA Deep State remains undefeated.
