Sixers Humiliation Ritual: Jared McCain continues to be electric in OKC as Philly struggles to stay afloat

I’m pretty sure Daryl Morey is compromised. I can’t prove it, but how else can you explain the Sixers trading away Jared McCain for literally nothing and being forced to watch him ball out for the best team in basketball?

That means the GM is either:

1.) Retarded (very real possibility), or
2.) Compromised and forced to go through this humiliation ritual.

In either scenario, us, the Philly faithful, are getting fucked.

Despite the Sixers going 2-0 in the back-to-backs this weekend, the future for this season still looks bleak. Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey, and Paul George are all out. This could’ve been McCain’s time to shine alongside VJ Edgecome. Instead, we’re forced to watch what could have been play out in OKC.

Sunday night, McCain once again was electric. He went 5-for-9 from three-point range while racking up 15 points off the bench. He also had the entire Thunder bench doing his three-point celly.

Makes me wanna punch a hole in my wall.

We all know this trade was the dumbest thing the team could’ve done, and they still decided to do it.

Thank God we’re not going to hit the luxury tax. OKC may be on their way to a repeat and are must-watch television every night, but at least my team isn’t dipping into the tax. Who’s the real winner here? (It’s Jeffrey Epstein’s “business partner” Josh Harris).

Fun stuff!

Sadly, there’s nothing we can do but sit and watch in our metaphorical cuck chairs, waiting in horror as McCain fucks our hopes and dreams of building a sustainable basketball team.

The only thing that will bring me hope is a clean slate: no Morey, no Nick Nurse, and for the love of all things holy, no Josh Harris.

  1. Josh Harris has two failed franchises. Crazy idea, why doesn’t he focus on one, ideally the Commanders, and leave this great city alone.
