Matt Gaetz. The man who spent the better part of the last two years embroiled in his own personal scandals, who was ultimately not confirmed as Attorney General, who has never exactly been known as the most credible voice in any room he has ever been in, went on the record this week claiming a uniformed United States Army officer briefed him on six to twelve secret facilities where captured aliens are actively breeding with humans to create a hybrid race capable of intergalactic communication.
Sure. Okay. Let’s go.

In all seriousness, at this point I genuinely believe the hysteria around aliens and UFOs is at least partially a designed response. Not necessarily designed to reveal the truth but designed to generate exactly this kind of mass confusion.
When everything is a conspiracy and every politician is dropping bombshells they cannot verify and nothing ever comes of any of it, the result is a public that has no idea what to believe and eventually stops trying to figure it out.
That is a very useful outcome for the people who do not want you to figure it out.

The frustrating part is that the conspiracy theorists have been right too many times to completely dismiss any of this. The UAP stuff turned out to be real. The government has acknowledged recovered materials. Congress held actual hearings. There is something happening. Whether that something includes intergalactic breeding programs in twelve secret government facilities is a question I genuinely cannot answer.
Matt Gaetz is not the messenger I would have chosen for this particular revelation.
And the fact that this story will be largely forgotten by next week while whatever is actually happening continues to happen in the dark is more disturbing than any of the details he shared.
Pay attention to what they tell you. Pay more attention to what they never follow up on.
