Joel Embiid Sixers Fans Tickets Maxey Square Garden

“If You Need The Money, I Got You” – Joel Embiid doesn’t want Knicks fans in South Philly and I don’t either

Joel Embiid told Sixers fans straight up not to sell their tickets to Knicks fans for the second round series.

Embiid’s exact words were “if you need the money, I got you.” That’s the franchise player publicly offering to subsidize your mortgage payment so that dorks from Long Island doesn’t end up in your seat at Xfinity Mobile Arena screaming about Jalen Brunson.

I love this man.

Joel Embiid: “If You Need Money, I Got You”

It’s not an easy time to be alive and I’m not going to sit here and pretend that playoff ticket money isn’t tempting when some Knicks fan is offering you three times face value because he wants to come down to Philly and act like he owns the place.

Who gives a shit about money when glory, ancient prophecies, and most importantly, The Process lasts forever, right?

It’s been 25 years since the Sixers have advanced past the second round of the playoffs. We’ve all been through heartbreak after heartbreak. We won’t even get into it because this year is different.

TTP: Embiid, Sixers comeback from 3-1 series deficit to beat Boston in Game 7 >>

The Sixers just came back from 3-1 against the Celtics in the first round. They beat Boston in a playoff series for the first time since 1982. Embiid hit a three and waved off TD Garden. Maxey closed Game 7 with two driving layups on fumes. VJ Edgecombe played like a 10-year veteran at 20 years old.

Imagine how incredible it would be if this team follows that up by taking down the Knicks in the second round and getting back to the Conference Finals.

You couldn’t script it any better than that.

Sixers vs. Knicks: Second round schedule and why this series is going to be war >>

You cannot sell your soul and turn your back on your country of Philadelphia. This is a call to arms. You cannot let the Knicks fans take over the building like they did in 2024.

This should help, but stay off the resale market

2024 was embarrassing.

Half the lower bowl was blue and orange for a home playoff game and the Sixers had to play in front of a crowd that was cheering against them in their own arena. That cannot happen again. Not after what this team just accomplished in Boston and definitely not with Embiid out there dominating on a body that had surgery a month ago because he refuses to let this season end.

If you need money, you heard the man. Just hit up Joel Embiid and he’s got you. A few thousand dollars to protect the realm is nothing.

On top of that, we need to do our part in New York too. The series starts with two games at Madison Square Garden. Edgecombe already dominated there twice in the regular season. Maxey had his legendary 46-point overtime game there in the 2024 playoffs. If enough Sixers fans make the trip up I-95 on Monday night, we can turn Madison Square Garden into Maxey Square Garden.

MAXEY SQUARE GARDEN AVAILABLE NOW >>

The Knicks think that building belongs to them. They think it’s the Mecca of basketball. Let’s show up, take it over, and remind them that Tyrese Maxey owns that floor every time he steps on it.

Keep your tickets. Be in that building. Be loud. Make Xfinity Mobile Arena a fortress for Games 3 and 4 because the Knicks are coming to Philadelphia and they need to walk into a building that hates them from the second they step off the bus.

Embiid is locked in. Time to join him. Trust The Process.
