Jaylen Brown pledges to throw entire 76ers roster out of a plane in sacrificial aerial ritual if they win a title

I’d do damn near anything for a 76ers title, including throwing the entire team out of a plane afterwards. Jaylen Brown, coincidentally, agrees.

On his most recent stream, wearing his beautiful black No. 7 Sixers jersey, he pledged that the entire roster would go skydiving with him when they win the title. In case you missed it, Jaylen Brown actually went skydiving himself over the weekend.

Skydiving in general is already risky business. Doing it as a member of a team where someone had to retire early because of a peanut allergy is a whole ‘nother ball game. One I’m willing to play if my team brings home a ring.

This may sound hyperbolic to non-Sixers fans, but there’s a pretty good chance the entire team dies on that trip. That’s just how things work around here. To win a title, a debt must be paid. For the 76ers specifically to win a title, the Gods will need blood — likely from multiple sacrificial lambs.

I don’t want it to be this way. These are just the cards we’ve been dealt during the trials of The Process.
