Eagles trade Cam Jurgens to Baltimore, somehow manage to get a 2028 second-round pick out of it
Howie Roseman just traded the Eagles worst lineman to the Baltimore Ravens for a 2027 fifth-round pick and a 2028 second-round pick. I don’t know how he managed to pull it off, but Cam Jurgens is no longer here and for that, I rejoice.
Eagles trade Cam Jurgens to Baltimore
Jurgens was recently diagnosed with a concussion following his Week 4 disasterclass. Some saw it as a soft benching, but then Nick Sirianni came out and said he was “pleased” with Jurgens’ play. I guess that was all bullshit then because now he’s gone and somehow Howie finagled a second-round pick out of Baltimore for him.
Baltimore is dealing with injury issues of their own. Jovaughn Gwyn was lost or potentially the season in their win against Dallas two weeks ago.
Jurgens sucks so he won’t help them, but at least they’re stupid enough to think he will so I’ll take it.
The Birds offensive line is a shell of what it was at the beginning of the season. Lane Johsnon is retired, Jurgens is traded. Now, it just leaves Jordan Mailata and Tyler Steen as the lone leftovers from the day one starting five. Willie Lampkin will not probably take Jurgens spot, with Drew Kendall manning the center position and Markel Bell taking over at right tackle.
