With the recent events of both the Philadelphia 76ers and the Philadelphia Eagles, it feels like the right time to bring up this question. So who is the best general manager in Philadelphia sports? If we had asked this question back on February 10th, we would probably have a different answer. That was when Daryl Morey finally traded Ben Simmons in return for James Harden, which appeared to be a home run move. A lot has happened since that date.
