76ers sign Frank Mason to an Exhibit 10 contract

Frank Mason has agreed to a non-guaranteed contract with the Philadelphia 76ers, according to reports. Mason’s contract looks to be an exhibit 10 contract meaning it is likely he is going to be headed to the Delaware Blue Coats. Mason won the 2019 G-League MVP with the Milwaukee Bucks affiliate the Wisconsin Herd.
Mason is a 5’11 guard from the University of Kansas. At 26 years old, Mason played his rookie season in Sacramento after being drafted 34th overall in the 2017 NBA Draft. Mason averaged 26 points per game last season in the G-League and looks to lead the Blue Coats in their 2020 campaign.
Delaware will now host Mason alongside two-way players Paul Reed and Dakota Mathias this season and hopefully, he can provide some veteran leadership to the rest of the group with his time in the NBA. Over the three-year span, Frank played in 99 NBA games and started 2.
