Eagles hire 10 members to Football Operations Department

The Philadelphia Eagles made some moves in their front office earlier today, bringing in some new faces ahead of the 2021 season. Some of these are in-house promotions, while the also bringing in a former general manager to help out following the departure of John Dorsey. Here is a complete list of the new additions.
- Phil Bhaya – College Scout, Southeast
- Brandon Brown – Director of Player Personnel
- Dave Caldwell – Personnel Executive
- Ian Cunningham – Director of Player Personnel
- Matt Holland – College Scout, Northeast
- Bryce Johnston – Senior Director of Football Transactions
- Evan Pritt – Scouting Assistant
- Catherine Raîche – Vice President of Football Operations
- Jeff Scott – Senior Pro Scout
- Ameena Soliman – Pro Scout
Some of the notable hirings include Catherine Raiche as the new Vice President of Football Operations. She is now the highest-ranking female personnel in NFL history. The 32-year-old will be replacing former VP Andre Berry, who left to become the Cleveland Browns GM back last year.
Dave Caldwell joins the Eagles after seven years with the Jacksonville Jaguars as their general manager. Caldwell will be holding the role of Personnel Executive and hope to work his way back up the ranks. Ian Cunningham was almost hired by the Carolina Panthers to be their assistant GM but remains in Philadelphia.
