Chris Heck teases court design for upcoming 76ers Mixtape Uniforms

With the official reveal of the 76ers’ Mixtape/City Uniforms for this upcoming season, team President Chris Heck has teased the corresponding court design. Over the last few weeks, Heck has slowly tweeted out products and glimpses relating to the franchise’s next jersey. Philadelphia has had some beautiful alternate courts to go along with their City uniforms in prior seasons.

This season’s new jerseys are based on the 76ers’ tenure at The Spectrum, combining several retro designs alongside The Spectrum’s rainbow logo. The photo Heck tweeted wasn’t of the best quality, but that was likely done on purpose.

Featured in the image is the old Spectrum logo at center court with the secondary 76 logo near the sideline. The Sixers wordmark from the early 70s is on the baseline and is featured on the new jerseys as well. Brotherly Love is on the sideline and is also featured above the jock tag of every 76ers uniform.

The red sideline and the throwback look of the court are beautiful. Last season, the Sixers featured a black court to go alongside their Boathouse Row uniforms, and it was the best part of the entire design.

Alongside the official release of the new design, the 76ers are revealing what they are calling the “76ers Legacy NFT Collection” on November 3rd. Philadelphia partnered with Crypto.com this offseason, making them their official uniform sponsor, replacing StubHub.
