Three Union homegrown players named to USMNT U-20 training camp roster

Earlier this afternoon, the Union announced that three of their homegrown players, Paxten Aaronson, Jack McGlynn, and Quinn Sullivan, have been called us to the US under 20 Men’s National Team. This news comes ahead of the Revelations Cup in Celaya, Mexico from November 7th through the 17th. The United States will play at Miguel Alemán Valdés Stadium and play Brazil, Columbia, and Mexico.
The Revelations Cup is an international soccer tournament that is organized for U-20 men’s national teams. This upcoming event will be the first training camp for the international team as they prepare for 2022 Concacaf U-20 Championship that will take place in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Another key component of the Revelation’s Cup is it will also serve as a qualification for the FIFA U-20 World Cup and the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.
Aaronson and McGlynn have been called up for international play before, but for Quinn Sullivan, this will be his first time. All three players will depart immediately following the Union’s final regular-season match against NYCFC on Sunday, November 7.
