Dallas Goedert returns to Eagles practice after entering concussion protocol

Some good news regarding Eagles’ tight end Dallas Goedert.

After entering concussion protocol yesterday, Goedert was back on the field today working out with tight ends coach Jason Michael. Goedert had just his helmet on, but seeing him back on the field so quickly is a great sign.

Josh Sweat was back at practice shortly after his concussion last week and was cleared to play ahead of their game against the Broncos. So far, this looks to be the case once again with Dallas Goedert, who was ruled out if they had practice yesterday afternoon.

For the rest of the Eagles, we will get a better idea when today’s practice report releases in a few hours. Yesterday, the only notable absence would have been linebacker Davion Taylor, who is battling a knee injury. For the Saints, both Taysom Hill and their starting offensive tackles were out while Alvin Kamara was limited.
