Eagles activate Landon Dickerson off COVID list, Jordan Mailata’s status revealed
Yesterday, the Philadelphia Eagles announced they are activating Landon Dickerson off the Reserve/COVID list. Dickerson tested positive late last week, missing their 27-17 victory over the Washington Football Team on Tuesday.
Dickerson will be a massive boost for the Eagles’ offensive line and should resume his starting left guard spot on Sunday. In his absence, backup Sua Opeta started for Philadelphia and did a tremendous job.
There is no update regarding COVID besides Dickerson which is positive news. Le’Raven Clark, Andre Dillard, and Ryan Kerrigan remain on the Reserve/COVID list alongside head coach Nick Sirianni. Dillard was added to the list shortly after Dickerson, so he could possibly return before Sunday as well.
Eagles Injury Report for December 24th:

Another positive note is the status of left tackle Jordan Mailata. There was concern after Mailata missed the last two practices due to an ankle injury. Mailata appeared to be okay during the game and never favored his ankle. During press conferences earlier today, he cleared up any confusion, stating he will play Sunday.
Philadelphia has zero inactive players injury-wise this weekend against the Giants which is fantastic news. For the Giants, rookie wideout Kadarius Toney headlines their injury report, being listed as questionable. Saquon Barkley was limited earlier this week but is expected to play.
