Injury Report: Jordan Howard returns to practice ahead of crucial battle against Washington

After a loaded injury list to start the week, things are looking better for the Philadelphia Eagles. Nine players were still listed this afternoon, but seven were full participants in practice. The most significant change was running back Jordan Howard, who returned to the field after being inactive yesterday.
Eagles Injury Report for December 30th:

Miles Sanders was the only player who missed practice today, but it isn’t surprising as he has already been ruled out this week. Howard was limited, still dealing with a stinger.
The Eagles running back practiced in just shoulder pads and a helmet today. Howard did have supports underneath his shoulder pads, and it seems likely he will play this weekend.
Jalen Hurts was a full participant, a sign he is nearing 100% after spraining his ankle a month ago. Kenneth Gainwell was still listed, but being a full participant this far into the week points to him being active on Sunday.
On Friday, we will have an official word regarding Howard and the other injured Eagles’ statuses. For Washington, Taylor Heinicke was a full participant yesterday and should be available to start at quarterback.
