Shaq says Ben Simmons is soft, a baby, a complainer, and he doesn’t like or respect him

Last night, Shaquille O’Neal complimented Joel Embiid, calling him the baddest guy in the league and the clear front-runner for the NBA Most Valuable Player Award. Before the Sixers tipped off against the Lakers on TNT tonight, Shaq had some very honest, and direct words for Ben Simmons.
Shaq on Ben Simmons:
Shaq started off by saying that he stays on big guys like Embiid, who he and his co-host Charles Barkey have been extremely critical of in the past, because he wanted Embiid to be great. He continued saying that Embiid listened, didn’t cry, he didn’t want to be traded, and he didn’t complain about mistreatment.
Everything said was completely correct.
Yes, we are going to ignore the fact that Shaq thinks he has that type of influence on Joel Embiid. The better part of the video is what happened next, and how he transitioned right into Ben Simmons being soft, a baby, and a complainer.
Like the rest of the world, Shaq doesn’t respect Ben Simmons. He goes on to say that he’s been “thinking about it” as if he is just now coming to the realization that Ben Simmons is a cry baby.
I don’t know what took you so long, Shaq but welcome to the real world buddy.
Simmons isn’t paying. He should be playing. He should be working on his game. He shouldn’t be sitting out because his feelings are hurt. Great players get criticized. Great players then step up and perform to prove the “haters” wrong. Ben Simmons has done the complete opposite.
Honestly, I love it. I don’t care how long it took Shaq to come to this realization, but I hope he reminds a national audience on a nightly basis that Ben Simmons is a baby and bitch made while Joel Embiid chases the Most Valuable Player Award.
We deserve that type of attitude after nine months of pure pain and misery dealing with the Ben Simmons saga. Sixers are currently up against the Lakers 41-29. Lebron James is ducking Embiid and isn’t playing. A-Disney left the game early, but just returned to action.
