Burke and Gazdag score, Union defeat Earthquakes 2-0 to remain unbeaten on the season

The Philadelphia Union led by Cory Burke and Daniel Gazdag earned a 2-0 victory over the San Jose Earthquakes on a cold, windy Saturday night in Chester.
The win was number 100 in regular MLS play for Union head coach Jim Curtin, becoming the second youngest coach in Major League Soccer to reach that mark.
Cory Burke got the team on the board in the first half which was enough to give the Union a 1-0 advantage heading into halftime. Sergio Santos was able to beat his man to the end line and head towards the goal, finding a wide open Burke for a beautiful tap-in in the 23rd minute.
