Phillies Mets Cell Phone Toss

Loser Mets fan decides to shove his phone in Phillies’ fans faces, immediately gets it tossed into left field

Philadelphia Phillies fans have been in the spotlight over the last few days and it may come as a surprise that most of the comments have actually been positive.

After Alec Bohm was caught on video saying how much he fucking hates this place, the Philly Phaithful respected the fact that he actually admitted it after the game, giving him a standing ovation when he pinch hit in the bottom of the 8th last night.

You might have missed it honestly, since there was basically a national media blackout on it happening to keep that “they threw snowballs at Santa” narrative going.

Shout out NFL Films and Payton Manning

Here’s another prime example of how great Phillies fans were this week

After the Mets hit a home run, some loser decided it would be a good idea to take out his phone and run up the stairs filming Phillies fans reactions, in their home stadium, after the Mets hit a home run.

Thankfully, one brave soul took the kids phone and launched it onto the field, leaving the kid completely dumbfounded as if he honestly believed that he would be able to act like a total asshole shoving his camera in peoples faces with no consequences.

Side Note: Who’s the guy at the end? Quit trying to be a hero. Get out of the way so the kid can exit the stands. Is that a Phillies fan? What are you doing dude?

Here’s another angle:

Out of all the things that could have happened, this was by far the best way to handle the situation. No need to pour beer on the kid or knock him out, just take his phone and throw it onto the field.

Mets fans are the absolute worst. They hop on the subway and make their way down to Philadelphia, taking over Citizens Bank Park. They start dumb “Lets Go Mets” chants and act like total idiots, then cry when people actually say or do something back to them.

Unfortunately this loser got his phone back, which might seem like a small victory for him, but at the end of the day, everyone in left field was laughing at him regardless.

Remember these videos the next time someone tells you Phillies fans are the worst. I can’t stand when people fight at sporting events but if we’re being totally honest with how things typically unfold during these types of situations.

UPDATE

The Philly Captain himself just gave us a bit of info about the guy who threw the phone. Citizens Bank Park might pull the kids season tickets over this incident. Can’t let that happen. It was a nonviolent reaction. Give him a slap on the wrist and keep it moving.
