No Love for Philly: NBA Finals MVP and Finals Winner Odds courtesy of BetMGM

The Philadelphia 76ers are in the process of making “light work” of the Toronto Raptors in the first round of the NBA Playoffs. Last night, they took a commanding 2-0 lead in the seven-game series and Joel Embiid is dismantling the Raptors, Nick Nurse, and Toronto fans with every passing moment.
That being said, vibes are at an all-time high surrounding the Philadelphia 76ers, but apparently, that stops once you leave the Tri-State area. Let’s take a peek down the road and check out the NBA Finals Most Valuable Player odds courtesy of BetMGM.

Joel Embiid checks in at a +1800 to take home the NBA Finals MVP. The Phoenix Suns have two players with Devin Booker and Chris Paul both in the Top 3, and the Bucks have Giannis Antetokounmpo sitting at +550. BetMGM even has Kevin Durant and Jayson Tatum ahead of Embiid while either the Celtics or Nets won’t even make it out of the first round. Laughable.
NBA Finals MVP
- Devin Booker +360
- Giannis Antetokounmpo +550
- Chris Paul +550
- Stephen Curry +700
- Jayson Tatum +1100
- Kevin Durant +1600
- Jimmy Butler +1800
- Joel Embiid +1800
Listen, the Toronto Raptors are cooked. They simply can’t match up against the Sixers. The first two games of round one weren’t any type of outliers. The Sixers are dominating Toronto in every facet of the game and the emergence of Tyrese Maxey and Tobias Harris have basically made this team unstoppable.
Even with the Denver Nuggets embarrassing themselves against the Golden State Warriors and Nikola Jokic getting tossed from last night’s game while putting up a miserable -45 (worst on the Nuggets) through two games, the MVP ballots have already been submitted. We’ll get around to trashing every single fraud who put Jokic as the MVP later. I promise.
I’m ready to look beyond the now completely discredited MVP award and focus on the only award that really matters, the NBA Finals MVP. Lock in Embiid now at +1800, while the odds are still this favorable. No one in the media thinks that the 76ers will go to the finals.
NBA Finals Winner
- Phoenix Suns +200
- Milwaukee Bucks +450
- Golden State Warriors +500
- Boston Celtics +800
- Miami Heat +900
- Brooklyn Nets +1200
- Philadelphia 76ers +1400
The majority of national media members didn’t even think the Sixers would beat the Raptors in round one. That’s totally fine. I’m getting comfortable with the NBA Deep State beating a dead horse and doing everything possible to diminish Joel Embiid and the 76ers.
I have learned to thrive in the mud and filth that the national media continues to throw at Philadelphia. We survived eight months of Ben Simmons slander and now I’m immortal.
They hate the city of Philadelphia, they hate Daryl Morey and they absolutely hate Joel Embiid and The Process. You know it. I know it. Markelle Fultz knows it. Everyone knows it.
