Eagles agree to terms with Nate Herbig, sign him to RFA tender

Guard Nate Herbig has signed his restricted free agent tender with the Philadelphia Eagles, according to Mike Garafolo.
Herbig’s deal is one-year and worth $2.4 million, keeping him in Philadelphia for his fourth season with the team. Since arriving in Philly, Herbig has been a tremendous guard for the Eagles, filling in for Brandon Brooks, Isaac Seumalo, and Jason Kelce on numerous occasions.
With Seumalo back at full health alongside the return of Jason Kelce, Herbig will be a backup for the Eagles but will be the next man up if either guard suffers an injury.
Over ten games last season, Herbig allowed only just one sack and four quarterback hits in 252 passing plays. If you take away one bad game against the Giants in Week 16, he only gave up one QB hit and a single sack.
