Eagles 2022 schedule release: regular-season outlook, record prediction
After days upon days of rumors and fake leaks, the Eagles’ regular-season schedule was released yesterday with the rest of the NFL.
Here is what the Eagles have in store for the upcoming season:
Come party with TLL and Phans of Philly
The Liberty Line will be partnering with Phans of Philly for all away games next season, the best in the business at organized travel packages for Philly sports fans. They provide completely stress-free travel planning and flexible payment plans with the best reputation in the city.
All upcoming trips are listed on their website and priority deposits are now live. The TLL crew will be heading to Arizona for the Week 5 matchup against the Cardinals.
Easy start for the Birds?
The Eagles’ first four opponents had a combined record of 21-46 in 2021. They open up the year against Detroit, who they beat down by 38 points last season when they switched to a rush-heavy offense.
The Eagles then play Minnesota in their home opener, followed by visiting Washington to see Carson Wentz and hosting former Super Bowl-winning head coach Doug Pederson in Week 4. Starting the season 4-0 is a realistic possibility for Philadelphia.

After clinching the playoffs in 2021 and adding playmakers on both sides of the ball, the Eagles will make five primetime appearances next season — the most since 2018:
- Week 2 vs. Minnesota Vikings
- Week 6 vs. Dallas Cowboys
- Week 9 vs. Houston Texans
- Week 10 vs. Washington Commanders
- Week 12 vs. Green Bay Packers
The five games are tied for most in the NFL in 2022. Eagles’ primetime football is back.

At first glance, the Eagles should surpass their win total from last season. Their toughest stretch will be Weeks 12-14 where they play Indianapolis, Green Bay and Tennessee. Following that, the Eagles have three consecutive road games against the Giants, Bears and Cowboys.
Winnable games, but division matchups on the road are always tough to predict. If Jalen Hurts can improve and take advantage of the added firepower on offense, there’s no reason he can’t lead Philly to double-digit wins in 2022.
Prediction: 12-5, NFC East Champions
