Report: Eagles hire former Colts offensive coordinator as consultant

The Eagles have added another consultant to their coaching staff.
First reported by Tim McManus, Philadelphia is hiring former Colts offensive coordinator Marcus Brady.
Brady, 43, coached alongside Nick Sirianni for three seasons and was promoted to OC in 2021 when Sirianni became the head coach in Philadelphia. After a tepid 3-4-1 start to the season, Indianapolis fired Brady in what many believe was a scapegoat situation as the organization was in disarray.

Brady will reportedly work directly with defensive coordinator Jonathan Gannon to provide an additional offensive perspective.
The Eagles are coming off a 17-16 comeback victory over Indy and currently sit atop the NFC at 9-1. Sirianni was visibly emotional after the game, stating he was looking forward to coaching against Reich before the Colts fired his former mentor.
My guess: it won’t be long before Reich is back in Philly.
