Matt Rhule returns to Philly to steal E.J. Warner from Temple for 2023

Former Temple coach and current DISGRACE Matt Rhule is back in Philadelphia. While Temple fans are showing their old coach love, I can’t help but see what’s right in front of me. Don’t know what I’m talking about?
Matt Rhule is here to poach E.J. Warner from Temple:
Rhule, of course, was recently hired to help turn around the Nebraska football program which has seen some extremely lean years. It may be an even more difficult task than turning Baylor around, and that was already herculean.
Baylor had a good program mired in disgusting controversy. Nebraska, on the other hand, has just been flat-out terrible. He needs a talented QB, and the AAC Rookie of the Year plays right here in Philadelphia at the Linc.
You might be saying, “But, Ryan! He’s just at Lincoln Financial Field! What makes you think he’s here for E.J?”
Well then, I direct you to a later tweet. I think it’s so obvious what this little rat is up to.
I don’t want to hear anything about how this is just a nice trip down memory lane. Even if you’re a casual CFB fan, you know recruiting never stops. It doesn’t just take a break because you feel nice and fuzzy about the past.
Don’t get me wrong, Matt Rhule is the man. I love him for what he did while at Temple and never once blamed him for elevating his career and chasing success.
That being said, if he is indeed here to try and poach E.J. Warner, he will officially win Rat of the Year by a landslide. Watch yourself, Matty.
