Awesome “Butter King” is bringing art back to the cinema in 2023

There is no such thing as unskilled labor. Sometimes, that’s hard to see, but a clip of Corpus Christi’s own “Butter King” emerged that proves it holds true. The name is already alluring, but the video itself shows the skill of this kid better than my words ever could.
My man Jason has drip that is quite simply unrivaled. People saying he’s supplanted Salt Bae are 100% right; he makes Salt Bae look like a total fraud.
The way he layered the butter and popcorn is how everyone would do it, if only they had the imagination and skill to pull it off. The old saying goes, “man’s reach exceeds his grasp.” However, Butter King shows that, like we saw in The Prestige, man’s reach exceeds his imagination.
Some on Twitter are hating on him, saying what he’s doing is lame and unimpressive. The people that say that have either never accomplished something in their life, or have yet to gain the approval of their parental figures. Either way, it’s a sad state of affairs for those folks.
Butter King is creating art and bringing it back to the cinema. There are so many artless cashgrabs in theatres these days, but Jason puts on a show for the price of a hard-day’s work. That’s real art as far as I’m concerned.
I actually had another Prestige joke lined up here, but it’d definitely be overkill (I just watched it last night). Regardless, it makes me happy to know one of those haters was bullied off of Twitter.

You can read more about Jason and even watch an interview with him on the local Corpus Christ news channel. Go ahead and check that out here.
As much as I love Butter King, there is only one true sovereign to whom I pledge my fealty:
