NFL Divisional Round Betting Guide: Joe Burrow and the Bengals look to upset the Buffalo Bills, Dak Prescott and the Cowboys hope to end Brock Purdy’s Cinderella Story

Woefully hungover after watching the Eagles absolutely destroy the New York Giants last night in South Philadelphia, it’s time to get back in the lab to diagnose the last two divisional round playoff games this afternoon with the Dallas Cowboys playing the San Francisco 49ers, and the Cincinnati Bengals playing the Buffalo Bills.
Yesterday I hit a a big payout with Travis Kelce scoring two touchdowns, and then went a historic 6-1 in the Birds’ game, possibly the greatest experience of my life. That brings up me to 9-2 so far in the Divisional Round props and 23-19 overall, but up over three units thanks to those big payouts.

We also CRUSHED the Boston Scott Anytime TD Scorer bet. If you didn’t take that, you must have listened to Giants’ coach Wink Martindale tell you that Scott isn’t a Giant Killer. That of course, was a total lie and clearly, the wrong move.

Cincinnati Bengals at Buffalo Bills (-5.5) | O/U 48.5
Zac Taylor’s squad head back to Buffalo after pulling off a 24-17 victory over the Ravens. While Buffalo squeezed out a hard-fought victory over Miami 34-31. The Bills opened as -3.5 or 4-point favorites depending on the book, but that number has ballooned to 5.5 or 6 as of 1PM today.
The Cincinnati Bengals’ only bad loss of the season came in a Monday Night Football game against the lowly Cleveland Browns on Halloween. Since that 32-13 loss, Joe Burrow and company have tallied 9-straight wins by a combined score of 232-158.
The Bengals have gone 7-1-1 against the spread during their streak. As many of you already know…”good teams win, great teams cover”. Much like the Bengals, the Bills are capable of scoring a shit ton of points. The O/U 48.5 seems too low today.

- Joe Burrow 250+ Passing Yards
- Joe Mixon Anytime TD Scorer
- Dawson Knox OVER 36.5 Receiving Yards
- Josh Allen OVER 48.5 Rushing Yards
- Hayden Hurst OVER 31.5 Receiving Yards
- Tee Higgins OVER 65.5 Receiving Yards
Dallas Cowboys at San Francisco 49ers (-4.0) | O/U 46.5
If the 49ers are able to beat the Cowboys, it would be Brock Purdy’s 9th-straight win. Purdy would be just the fifth rookie QB to ever reach a Conference Championship game. Let’s just say the 49ers young quarterback is lucky to have a historic defense on the other side of the football to help his Cinderella Story.
That being said, we’re betting on the 49ers’ defense against the Cowboys.
DeMeco Ryan’s Defense: Rush Four, Zone Coverage
- San Fran 16.7 PPG (1st)
