Eagles fan caught on video holding a ‘hand warmer’ during the NFC Championship game

I couldn’t really sleep last night and ended up stumbling across this video on Instagram from the NFC Championship game at Lincoln Financial Field showing an Eagles fan sitting behind Mike Trout with what appears to be a bag of cocaine in his hand.
This poor guy is getting dragged across the internet because he’s holding a hand warmer. Sorry, but that’s just not a bag of cocaine. According to sources who are familiar with what a bag of cocaine looks like, this is nothing more than a hit job on an Eagles fan trying to keep his paws warm as the Birds dismantled the 49ers to advance to the Super Bowl.
Eagles Fan: Hand Warmer…?
To be clear, I don’t like when people post these videos.
It gives off huge NARC vibes and yes, I know that me writing about the video isn’t helping either, even more so when it’s over a month old but hey, there’s not much to write about at the end of February into early March so here we are.
Plus, it’s definitely a hand warmer, you creeps.
Sure, cocaine could also feel like a hand warmer or maybe a face number but still, let’s not confuse the two. At first look, it definitely could be a bag of blow but in all honesty, it’s definitely a hand warmer.
This reminds me of all the commenters on social media that think everyone is always stoned or on drugs when a celebrity or athlete posts a picture. While they probably are on drugs, it’s more telling of the commenter rather than the person in question. I don’t see this situation being much different. The guy who filmed the video is probably a big coke guy, which is totally fine with me. Indulge at your own risk, but there’s really nothing to see here.
I find it hard to believe this guy would be waving around a bag of coke right in the stands at The Linc but then again, it’s not the craziest thing I’ve seen at an Eagles game so it’s definitely within the realm of possibility.
For legal reasons, we’ll just go with the fact that this was a hand warmer and wrap this post up by saying that Mike Trout shouldn’t be celebrated for attending Eagles games.
