James Bradberry speaks on impending free agency: “I would love to play for the Eagles”
The NFL’s two-day legal tampering period is officially underway, with players able to agree to deals in principle with their new teams before free agency begins on Wednesday.
Javon Hargrave and TJ Edwards have already found new homes, while Miles Sanders, CJ Gardner-Johnson, and James Bradberry expect to attract heavy interest on the open market as well.
Ahead of his impending free agency, Bradberry recently spoke with NFL Insider Josina Anderson and gave his thoughts regarding the next move of his career:

From the sound of it, James Bradberry would love to return to Philadelphia if the price is right, and why wouldn’t he? He and Darius Slay formed one of the NFL’s best CB tandems and were key contributors to the league’s No. 1 passing defense en route to an appearance in Super Bowl LVII.
After being unceremoniously cut by the Giants in early May, Bradberry signed a one-year deal in Philly and allowed a 51.6 passer rating when targeted, a career-best. With his 30th birthday in August, Bradberry is looking for perhaps his last big contract, one that GM Howie Roseman may not be willing to give out.
The Eagles could also be losing starting cornerback Darius Slay, 32, who was permitted to seek a trade amid negotiations on a new deal. It’ll be interesting to see if Roseman retains one of them or chooses another route. Philadelphia currently holds two first-round selections in the upcoming NFL draft, one of which will undoubtedly be used on a young corner.
