While many fans were hoping this is what happened between LeBron James and Dillon Brooks in Game 3 last night, a video popped up on social media showing a Lakers fan fighting a Memphis Grizzlies fan during Game 2.

Holy hell.

Obviously as seen in the video, our much smaller, scrawny, Memphis Grizzlies fan got his ass handed to him by the Lakers fan.

This was a lightweight vs heavyweight fight and should have never happened. 

Still, we could very well have yet another prime example of “play stupid games, win stupid prizes” from the Grizz fan here but at the same time, I really can’t get over the size difference between the two gents battling it out in the seats.

Regardless of how annoying that kid was acting, I don’t think you can then go full MMA mode and beat the shit out of him during a basketball game.

That seems to be an overreaction. 

I say this every time I write about fans fighting in the stands at sporting events. You’re all stupid. Time and time again, it’s all a bunch of built-up anger, fake tough guy shit and it’s annoying as hell for everyone else in attendance. 

I still don’t know why anyone in the stands really seemed to care that this was happening?

The guy in the neon yellow suit just casually turned around, took a peek at what was happening, then turned back ground. The old lady sitting in the bottom right didn’t seem to care at all and the other Grizzlies fans just stood there until it was too late. 

Of course, it’s definitely not their problem and they shouldn’t have to deal with it in the first place but someone has to do something, right? 

The only person I’m willing to give credit to in the video is the guy at the beginning who grabs the woman and pulls her away from the situation. 

Everyone else, that’s going to be a big “no” from me.

I don’t want to see people fighting in the stands and honestly, I’ve never really seen anyone actually justify doing so.
