Kevin Hayes’ house in Philly is up for sale as trade rumors continue to loom

Kevin Hayes’ house in Philly is up for sale as trade rumors continue to make their rounds during the early stages of the Philadelphia Flyers’ NHL offseason.
Kevin Hayes’ $3.1M House is Up for Sale in Philadelphia

If you have some spare change laying around, take a closer look at Kevin Hayes’ house which is already listed on Realtor.com for the price of $3.1 million.
Not a bad spot at all. The house has five bedrooms and six bathrooms with a killer view of the Ben Franklin Bridge over the Delaware River.
Hayes is making trade rumor headlines yet again after dealing with the same last offseason. Flyers’ new GM Danny Briere told the media that no one was off limits this offseason and they would be open to trading pretty much anyone.
Entering the 2019-2020 season, Hayes signed a 7 year, $50 million contract with the Flyers that included a $15 million signing bonus and an AAV of $7.1 million.Â
In 2023-24, Hayes will earn a base salary of $6.5 million while carrying a cap hit of $7.1 million.
To date, Hayes tallied 63 goals, 94 assists, and a plus-minus of -50 in 253 games over the past four seasons with the Flyers.Â
Whatever it takes to make the Flyers relevant, sign me up. If that includes Kevin Hayes leaving town, so be it.
