Taylor Swift was MOBBED over the weekend by crowds of crazed fans in Beach Haven, Long Beach Island on the Jersey Shore. 

Swift was in town for Jack Antonoff’s wedding rehearsal dinner and once fans found out, they shutdown streets praying to just get a glimpse of T-Swift at the party.

Listen, Swifties. I love you. I really do. However, this type of behavior needs to stop.

How anyone could even think that it’s acceptable behavior to hunt down Taylor Swift while she’s at a private, low-key event for one of her close friends on Long Beach Island is beyond me. 

Like seriously, do you get what you wanted?

That is a massive crowd of people to just stand outside a restaurant praying that they will get a glimpse of Swift walking out of the venue and into her car. The crowds were so big, police had to shut down the streets!

Cool. Taylor Swift, no matter how many times she denies it publicly, must absolutely hate this. I mean she’s written songs about how hard it is to go outside and be a “normal person” and the fact that she always feel hunted, right? 

Side Note: Swift really does write about real life experiences because this is something that should never be written about. Ridiculous behavior.

And trust me, I understand that this type of stuff comes with fame and fortune and celebrities just have to deal with it. That’s obvious. What’s not so obvious is why regular people have to behave like they do in the video above. 

What do people think is going to happen? She’s going to stop and say hello to every single one of you and have a conversation? 

If not, I really don’t even understand the point? 

It’s 2023, if you want to be an obsessed fan just go on the internet and you’ll find endless hours of T-Swift content to get your fix. Taylor Swift is on a massive world tour, playing nights on end for shows that last 3-4 hours. If you want to go see her, do it there and not while she’s finally getting a break and hanging out with her friends. 

Not to mention, thanks for ruining everyone’s family vacation. Look at those streets. These fans took over blocks and no one could move or enjoy anything in the surrounding area. It’s honestly embarrassing.
