Jurgens exited Sunday’s game and was seen leaving the locker room in a walking boot afterward. Backup guard Sua Opeta filled in at right guard.

“I thought [Opeta] played outstanding yesterday,” Sirianni said. “I mean, outstanding. I thought we all felt that in the game, and then you watch it on tape and you can verify that. Even Lane came up to me in the locker room after the game and was singing the praises of Sua.”

Opeta likely start ahead of second-round rookie Tyleer Steen moving forward. Jurgens is also the backup center, so the Eagles will need to prepare accordingly should anything happen to Jason Kelce.

Jurgens is currently the 21st highest-graded guard in the NFL, per PFF, allowing zero sacks in 251 offensive snaps so far this season.
