Jalen Carter channeled his inner LeBron James after altercation with Dolphins’ OL Austin Jackson
Last night during the Philadelphia Eagles’ 31-17 victory over the Miami Dolphins on Sunday Night Football, Jalen Carter pulled off the ultimate flop of the 2023 NFL season.
After a Miami run play in the second quarter, Carter got into it with Dolphins’ offensive lineman Austin Jackson. The two got into a quick shoving match before Jackson responded with what was basically a clothesline in the direction of Carter’s neck.
In an acting performance that resembled a WWE wrestling match, Carter dramatically flung his body backwards onto the field in response.
Following the game, Carter gave credit to Los Angeles Lakers star Lebron James for his decision to flop after getting into it with Jackson.

“I was just thinking about LeBron! I was like, ‘Oh, what would LeBron do?” Carter said, via Josh Tolentino of the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Carter missed last week’s game against the New York Jets with an ankle injury, but returned last night and definitely made his presence felt on the Eagles’ defensive front, which held the high-powered Dolphins offense to just 45 yards rushing and 199 yards passing on the night.

AJ Brown put up another stellar performance, catching 10 passes for 137 yards and a TD. This was Brown’s fifth straight game with 125+ receiving yards, tying Calvin Johnson and Pat Studstill for the longest such streak in NFL history.
