Josh Giddey ignites viral scandal after being pictured with 15-year-old girl

Oklahoma City Thunder guard Josh Giddey is in hot water after photos of him with an underage girl. At 21 years old, he’s six years older than the 15-year-old high school junior he was seen with.

The internet has run wild with these photos of Josh Giddey, even comparing him to Karl Malone:

Well, there you have it, folks, Josh Giddey is a goddamn pervert. I hope you enjoy that news on this beautiful Thanksgiving.

Internet users managed to find the girl on social media and cross reference her posts to discover her age, and, I must say, it’s not looking good for him. If you’re an NBA player and the girl you’re hooking up with’s TikTok posts show her dancing with her friends in a high school locker room, you should probably find somebody else.

I know Aussies are from down under, but that doesn’t mean they can go down under the age of consent when finding someone to be with. If you’re getting compared to Karl Malone, you really screwed up.

NBA players have gotten some flack recently for passing around the same few Instagram models despite there being literally millions of women out there, but I don’t think this is what people meant when they told players to expand their dating pool.

Of course, this has led to Giddey getting flamed on social media, and for good reason. I’ve included a selection of a few of my favorite Tweets below:

I’m not going to place blame on this girl, but posting “just fucked Josh Giddey” on social media is an absolutely wild thing to do at any age. We have lost the impact of shame in our society, and this is yet another example of how.

It’s important to note that Giddey has never sat right with The Liberty Line. When Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had to back out of purchasing a home because blood-thirsty killers kept showing up daily to find the previous owner, our Editor-In-Chief Drew Smith suggested Giddey be taken instead as a sacrificial lamb.

While Smith had no prior knowledge of Giddey’s sexual proclivities (that we know of), it’s hard not to say he knew something was up with the curly-haired Aussie.

  1. Is it safe to say, she wasn’t a virgin.. and used her sexual expertise to gain entry into his child like mind..
    Maybe she told him I’m 18 and I’m about to Rock your World 🌎… and instead of asking questions about her age.. he asked about ” how good are you ”
    Either way, they’re both at fault.
    But, only one will go to jail, loose his career, be disgraced, loose millions and be banned from the sport he loves, while she will forever be known as a poor unfortunate teenager who destroyed a man’s life, and go on to get married, have kids and live freely.
    It’s unfortunate that little girls today 15,16,17, look like 18 & 20 year old women..
    When the kids set their minds on something, there’s no regret.

  2. I honestly have to say in this case that I completely agree with you. Not to mention he is still a young man himself and may not have been aware of her age difference, and he’s doing what most young men his age are out doing. What’s vulgar in my opinion was the girl who obviously seems pretty proud of herself to have scored “Josh Giddy” posting on social media “I just fucked Josh Giddy”! How sweet and innocent does that sound? Which it doesn’t matter, my point being why point fingers at him and put all the blame on him, when they both where clearly cool with it. Plus she may have told him she was older, who knows? There both Young, but why should he be punished and possibly stand the chance of losing his career, or jail time and all that he’s worked for, just because she posted something that should of been kept private & personal or at least not made public because he’s the one who’s going to catch hell for it not her and in my opinion in this case she’s as responsible as he is! It’s not right to punish him for this I don’t think. There are some cases depending on the situation and the people involved and definitely the peoples age does play a role in it as well, when I do feel like most definitely some of these guys need to be charged and put in Jail because they knew better and they’re just preditors. This just isn’t one of them situation though.

  3. Do you think that he even thought that she might be underage? Who knows what she told him or if he asked. He might have been blind sided by this whole event.
