WATCH: David Carr suggests Eagles should bench Jalen Hurts for Marcus Mariota
The Philadelphia Eagles lose one game and now every NFL media pundit is talking out of their ass. But none of them have come close to the ridiculous rhetoric David Carr spewed on NFL Total Access on Tuesday.
For some reason or another, Carr believes Jalen Hurts is still injured – even though he’s not and actually looks healthier now than he did earlier in the season. Carr then used this as reasoning to reach a “the Eagles should bench Hurts’ conclusion. Makes total sense.
When I watched this clip the first time, I was legitimately confused. And evidently, the rest of Carr’s co-hosts were too, based on their reactions to Carr’s little spiel.
