After finishing the season 1-5, there’s not much optimism surrounding the Philadelphia Eagles at the moment. Even with an 11-6 record, it’s hard to envision this team having much success in the postseason.

As we all remember, Big Dom got into a little scuffle during the Eagles-49ers game about two months back. The result – DiSandro was banned from the Eagles sideline for the remainder of the regular season.

With Big Dom on the sideline, the Eagles were 10-1, favorites to reach the Super Bowl for the second straight year, and looked like the toughest team in the NFL. Since Dom’s departure, Philadelphia has gone 1-5 and has seemingly lost their will to compete.

Coincidence? I think not.

The team clearly loves Big Dom. When he got booted from the sideline, there was an uproar within the locker room. His return could mean the return of dominant football. Only time will tell.
