Lane Johnson responds to Big Cat’s NFL Power Rankings, placing Eagles in the ‘Super Ass’ tier

Even though Lane Johnson is a future Hall of Famer and one of the best to ever suit up in an Eagles uniform, there’s no denying his team is playing like complete dog shit right now.

Some may even go as far as to say the Eagles have been ‘Super Ass,’ because that’s exactly where Barstool’s Big Cat placed Philly in his most recent NFL Power Rankings.

Lane Johnson, a friend of Big Cat’s podcast “Pardon My Take,” noticed the rankings on Twitter. As a man, you really have no choice but to respond when someone calls your team ‘Super Ass.’ Lane, being a very manly man, did what he had to do.

Big Cat went onto tell Lane Johnson to use this as bulletin board material and that he didn’t actually think the Eagles RT would see it.

Regardless, this just goes to show that players are seeing all the rhetoric surrounding their team right now. If they don’t use this, or any of the negative comments about them, as extra motivation heading into the postseason, then there’s really no hope.
