WATCH: Travis Kelce says his brother might still have some football left in him

After the Eagles brutal loss to Tampa Bay, we were greeted in the morning with reports that Jason Kelce was planning to retire. When Travis Kelce was asked about it, he told the media to pump the brakes a little on all this retirement talk.

“It’s been cool to see everyone appreciate who he’s been over the years this last week, but I think the big guy’s still got some football in him if he wants it.”

This came after Jason and Travis Kelce talked about retirement on their podcast, “New Heights,” where Jason essentially said no decision has been made yet and that he didn’t even tell anyone he was definitely retiring, like the media reported on Tuesday.

At this point, I would be a little surprised if Kelce came back. The guy has been through it all and has accomplished more than any center in NFL history. Not only will be go down as the best Eagles center and offensive lineman of all time, he’ll likely go down as a the best center in league history.

But hey, if he wants to come back for one more rodeo, we’ll welcome him in with open arms.
