Joel Embiid, the greatest basketball player on Planet Earth, drops 70 points on the San Antonio Spurs, shatters NBA history books
For those who are foolish enough to not be watching what Joel Embiid is doing on a basketball court this season, I’m here to tell you that The Process just dropped 70 POINTS in a basketball game against the San Antonio Spurs, setting a 76ERS FRANCHISE RECORD.
The 76ers played host to No. 1 pick Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs on Monday night and left the Wells Fargo Center with a 133-123 win, extending their winning streak to six games ahead of a five-game road trip that begins on Thursday.
I repeat, Joel Embiid dropped 70 POINTS on Greg Popovich and the Spurs heads while adding 18 rebounds and five assists to his historic stat sheet.

Listen I get it. Everyone in the city of Philadelphia has been keeping the Sixers at arms length this season after yet another disappointing playoff performance last year when we suffered a second round exit with an injured Joel Embiid underperforming when the team and fanbase needed him the most.
No one is denying that and honestly you have every right to be frustrated and halfway out the door with the Philadelphia 76ers. I totally get it. Trust me.
However…
Joel Embiid is literally the best basketball player on planet Earth and what he’s doing this season is somehow, better than last year when he won the NBA MVP Award. Embiid is putting up HISTORIC NUMBERS and cementing himself in NBA History as a certified LEGEND.
