Michael Bublé tripped balls on mushrooms during the NHL All-Star Game draft and immediately told everyone about it afterward

Canadian crooner Michael Bublé suited up as an honorary captain for the NHL’s All-Star Game draft in Toronto this week alongside NHLers Jack and Quinn Hughes. Other celebrity captains included Will Arnett, Justin Bieber, and Tate McRae.

Things went pretty standard by all accounts, but the Bubz felt the need to let everyone in on his little secret: he was high on mushrooms the entire time.

Michael Bublé let the room know he was tripping sack, and Will Arnett couldn’t hide his surprise:

Honestly, that’s a power move right there. I don’t think there’s anything illegal about it; the NHL might frown upon it, but even if they issue him a fine, he’s got that Christmas album money to shut them up with.

He tried to backtrack and say it was just a joke a little later on, but there’s no way he wasn’t serious. Accidentally telling a room full of reporters that you’re high on mushrooms is exactly what someone who’s high on mushrooms would do.

Based on Arnett’s reaction, he was hiding it pretty well up until that point. He looks like he was just pulled over by the cops and his buddy offered the officer a joint instead of playing it cool.

Will Arnett shocked after Michael Bublé said he was high on mushrooms

Fortunately for Michael Bublé, his songs are one of Canada’s top five exports, so he probably has a little more wiggle room being on Canadian soil. Plus, I’m pretty sure drugs are legal in Canada anyway. Don’t quote me on that if you get stopped at the border with a baggie of shrooms, though.

Very real and legitimate journalist. I don't see a loss on the schedule.
