Report: Eagles add new secondary coach to Vic Fangio’s staff
The Philadelphia Eagles are expected to hire Denver Broncos defensive backs coach Christian Parker onto their staff, per ESPN’s Dan Graziano.
Source says Broncos DBs coach Christian Parker is expected to leave Denver to take a position on the Eagles’ defensive coaching staff.

Parker, 32, has been on the Broncos staff since 2021. He was previously a defensive qualities control coach in Green Bay from 2019-2020.
A source told The Liberty Line that Parker is taking over the same position on the Eagles staff. Parker worked under newly-hired Defensive Coordinator Vic Fangio for the Broncos in 2021. The secondary coach position was expected to go to Karl Scott before he decided to stay in Seattle. Fangio pivoted and hired a familiar face in Parker.
Parker is seemingly responsible for the development of a few young stars on the Broncos. Superstar cornerback Patrick Surtain II, cornerback Caden Sterns, cornerback Ja’Quan MacMillan, and safety P.J. Locke are players who’ve shined under Parker.
We continue to see Vic Fangio fill out his defensive staff, Parker being the most recent hire. We’ll continue to have you covered on coaching news surrounding the Eagles as we begin to get clarity.
