Eagles get four compensatory picks, now hold eight total selections in 2024 NFL Draft
The NFL announced on Friday that 14 teams will receive 34 compensatory picks in the NFL Draft.
The Eagles were awarded four compensatory picks, giving them eight total selections this year.
- Round 1, Pick 22
- Round 2, Pick 50 (via NO)
- Round 2, Pick 53
- Round 3, Pick 97 — comp.
- Round 5, Pick 160 (via TB)
- Round 5, Pick 170 — comp.
- Round 5, Pick 171 — comp.
- Round 6, Pick 210 — comp.
Philadelphia received a third-round compensatory pick due to the loss of Javon Hargrave in free agency last offseason. They get two fifth-rounders for Andre Dillard and Isaac Seumalo, and a sixth-rounder for T.J. Edwards.
Since a team can only earn a maximum of four compensatory picks, the Eagles were not compensated for other qualifying players including Marcus Epps, CJ Gardner-Johnson, Miles Sanders, Gardner Minshew, and Kyzir White.
The Eagles were slated to receive an additional sixth-round pick from Atlanta this year, but the Kentavius Street trade was amended when Street failed to appear in six games. Instead, Philadelphia will receive a seventh-round pick in 2025.
