Report: Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb expected to skip voluntary workouts, may holdout during training camp
The Dallas Cowboys have had one of the most lackluster offseasons in recent memory.
They’ve signed a grand total of one player (LB Eric Kendricks), reports surfaced that some members of the organization are getting tired of Micah Parsons, and to top things off, it’s being reported by the Dallas Morning News that Ceedee Lamb is expected to skip the team’s voluntary workouts.
According to Michael Gehlken, Lamb will not be in attendance for OTAs this spring, and, “May even hold out of mandatory work.”

Lamb is heading into the final year of his rookie deal. Although he’s scheduled to make approximately $17 million this year, his production last season alone warrants a hefty contract extension.
He posted numerous career-highs in 2023, recording 135 receptions (first in the NFL) for 1,749 yards and 12 touchdowns. He was easily the top target for the Cowboys offense last season, accounting for nearly 38 percent of the team’s receiving production. No other pass catcher on Dallas even posted 800 yards.
With Dak Prescott’s massive 2024 cap hit of $55M, the Cowboys don’t have much room to make any type of substantial offer to Lamb.
In other words — Dallas is fucked. And I’m all here for it.
