Damian Lillard Game 4 Pacers Bucks

Damian Lillard’s availability in serious doubt for Game 4 against the Pacers on Sunday

The Milwaukee Bucks will be looking to avoid a 3-1 series deficit tomorrow against the Indiana Pacers. While already playing without Giannis Antetokounmpo, they will now have to do so without Damian Lillard.

According to Shams, Damian Lillard is now doubtful for Game 4 of the Bucks’ first round series against the Pacers after straining his Achilles. Lillard is currently wearing a walking boot and is unlikely to be able to play on Sunday.

Damian Lillard is doubtful for Bucks-Pacers Game 4

Lillard has been dealing with an Achilles issue for weeks but re-aggravated it in the fourth quarter of Friday’s Game 3 loss to the Pacers. He did manage to finish the game but according to Doc Rivers, his explosiveness was “gone” and he was really just a decoy following the injury.

Major blow to the already shorthanded Bucks.

Dame was averaging 32.3 points per game over the first three games of the series, picking up slack in the absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo. Now, it will be more of the Kris Middleton show for the Bucks as they look to fall behind 3-1 in the series.
