Hey, Roman Rotenberg. Do you have an Instagram? Based on your actions regarding Matvei Michkov the last few years, you probably wouldn’t care about what’s on the kid’s Instagram story right now, but I still like to think it pisses you off.
Because I know without a shadow of a doubt that Flyers fans enjoyed waking up this morning and seeing our future star player representing the orange and black.
Today, Matvei Michkov posted him lifting weights wearing a Philadelphia Flyers shirt:
I can see some accounts with 11 followers hitting this blog with “You made an entire blog about Matvei Michkov wearing a shirt?”
Yes. Yes I did.
This is more than a guy just wearing a shirt from the team that drafted him last year. Michkov still has 2 years left on his deal with SKA. And with the recent rumors about him potentially coming over early, you can’t sit here and say this isn’t interesting.
Could it just be Michkov wanting to represent his NHL team? Yeah. Could it be him sticking it to Rotenberg a little? I want it to be so badly.
Regardless. We still have a solid month and a half before we find out what happens with Michkov’s situation with SKA after hearing their chairman speak out.
