WATCH: Celtics fans embarrass themselves after Game 4 loss; as basketball fans collectively hope Boston ends up on the wrong side of history

After the Boston Celtics were blown out in a potential closeout Game 4 to win the NBA Finals, their fans acted just as you’d expect them to.

As a result of losing 122-84 on the road to the Dallas Mavericks, tempers flared at the Celtics watch party at the TD Garden.

The fan rocking the Paul Pierce jersey knocked another fan in a green T-shirt to the ground and hit him repeatedly, at least ten times, as the fan clearly struggled to get to his feet.

During this chaos, another fan wearing a zip-up hoodie intervened, grabbing the Pierce jersey-wearer from behind, apparently trying to pull him away. However, this led to the hoodie-wearing fan being punched by one of the Pierce jersey-wearer’s friends.

If there were ever a video to sum up Boston Celtics fans, it would be this one.

They all look gross, and they probably smell like it, too. Overall, it’s just a very disgusting bunch of fans. That is precisely why we are all praying that their team ends up on the wrong side of NBA history and the “C’s” blow the first-ever 3-0 lead.
