Lane Johnson confirms there will be a third Eagles Christmas album this holiday season

After the Eagles held their first joint practice of training camp with New England on Tuesday, Lane Johnson gave us a very important nugget of information.

At this point, Christmas just wouldn’t feel the same without the trio of Lane, Jordan Mailata, and Jason Kelce spreading Christmas cheer.

We’re big fans of The Philly Specials here at The Liberty Line. We’ve reviewed each album and we’ll do the same with this upcoming one.

Last year, they brought out nearly every notable Eagles player — past and present — to make features on the record. I wouldn’t expect anything different this time around. In fact, I think the features could get even more notable, now that Jason Kelce’s brother is dating Taylor Swift. I’m not sure how Eagles fans would take a Swift feature, but I know the album would get crazy numbers if she popped on a song. A duet with Mailata and Swift would be genuinely beautiful.

Doesn’t she also claim to be an Eagles fan? If she wants us to actually believe her, this is her chance to prove it. Ball’s in your court, Taylor.

Regardless if she shows up for the album, I’m excited for it. I can’t wait to hear Lane Johnson screaming ‘Merry Christmas’ to me while I drink my morning coffee in December.
